Access to the Camstreamer Cloud account will remain effective even though the billing due date period has transpired. You can still access past recordings and timelapses up to 30 days back.
There is a leniency period of 10 days counted from the invoice due date.
The terms of the leniency period are as follows:
- After 5 days Access to the camera's Live View will be disabled (account suspended).
- After 10 days services such as timelapse and recordings are disabled. (account disabled).
Please note that once the leniency period expires, the camera ceases to perform licensed services until the overdue invoice is settled. All services and access to the camera will resume upon settlement of the outstanding invoice.
